We offer on-farm harvesting, creating the best environment for the animal and resulting in the best tasting meat! We listen to our customers, to ensure you're getting the quality cuts and products you want!
We will call you to schedule a time to pick-up your finished product! Note, failure to pick-up as scheduled may result in additional storage fees.

We will provide you with an estimated cost for the harvest and processing.
We will work with the farmer to harvest the animal on-the-farm or at the processing facility. Why on-the-farm? It produces the best quality meat and is most humane for the animal!
We will age the meat to ensure you receive the highest quality product!
Cost of custom processing is determined by the hanging weight of the animal and current market rates.
